Career

In 2015, Arianna Noseda competed for the first and only time at the Junior World Rowing Championships . In Rio de Janeiro , she competed in a pair without a helmsman together with Caterina Di Fonzo . They missed the A final and were able to take second place in the B final, so they finished eighth overall. Two years later she took part in the U23 rowing world championships in Plovdiv as part of the Italian eight . However, it was only used in the preliminary run, in which it was able to take third place. In the hope run and in the B final, Benedetta De Martino was used instead . The Italian eighth finally finished the competition in eighth place and thus last place.

In 2018 she took part in the U23 rowing world championships for the second time in her career and started in Poznan at the 2018 U23 rowing world championships together with Giulia Mignemi , Paola Piazzolla and Allegra Francalacci in the lightweight quadruple sculls . Together they reached the A-final and prevailed there with more than five seconds ahead of the boats from the Netherlands and France. As newly crowned U23 world champions, they competed for Italy at the 2018 World Rowing Championships in Plovdiv . They were able to qualify for the A-final directly over the preliminary run and took sixth place there.

The following year Arianna Noseda started again together with Giulia Mignemi at the U23 World Rowing Championships 2019 in the lightweight quadruple sculls . In addition to the two of them, Greta Martinelli and Silvia Crosio were part of the crew of the lightweight quadruple. In the final near Sarasota and Bradenton, they won almost seven seconds ahead of the boat from Germany and the boat from the United States. Like last year, the U-23 world champions took together in Linz at the World Rowing Championships in 2019 in part. After finishing second behind the boat from China in the test race, they won the final two seconds ahead of the Chinese and German boats.
