Emily Craig (* thirtieth November 1992 ) is a British lightweight - rower .

Athletic career

At the U23 World Championships in 2013, Emily Craig won bronze with the British lightweight quadruple scull. In 2014 she competed in the lightweight single and finished sixth. At the 2015 World Championships on Lac d'Aiguebelette, the German lightweight double scull won ahead of the British with Brianna Stubbs , Ruth Walczak , Emily Craig and Eleanor Piggott . The following year, Stubbs, Craig, Imogen Walsh and Piggott competed at the 2016 World Championships in Rotterdam and won ahead of the German boat.

At the European Championships in 2017 , Emily Craig competed with Katherine Copeland in the lightweight double scull and won bronze behind the Polish and Dutch women. Four months later, Craig and Copeland finished fifth at the World Championships in Sarasota . The following year Eleanor Piggott and Emily Craig competed in the lightweight double scull and finished fifth at the 2018 World Championships in Plovdiv. In 2019 Emily Craig competed first with Madeleine Arlett and then with Eleanor Piggott. At the end of August, Imogen Grant and Emily Craig rowed lightweight double sculls at the World Championships in Linz-Ottensheim and won the bronze medal behind the boats from New Zealand and the Netherlands.
