Armin Wurm (born June 11, 1989 in Füssen ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with the Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg in the German Ice Hockey League since 2009 .

Career

Armin Wurm began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the junior division of EV Füssen , for whose professional team he scored 28 scorer points, including seven goals, in a total of 56 games in the 2008/09 season in the Oberliga Süd . For the following season, the defender received a contract with Grizzly Adams Wolfsburg , for which he made his debut in the German Ice Hockey League in the 2009/10 season .

International

For Germany , Wurm took part in the U20 Junior World Championship in 2009 , in which he and his team finished ninth and penultimate place and were relegated to Division 1.
