The BK Häcken (officially: Bollklubben Häcken ) is a football club from the Swedish city ​​of Gothenburg , which plays in the highest football league in Sweden Allsvenskan . The club is based in the Hisingen district.

BK Häcken was founded on August 2nd, 1940. The club colors are black and yellow. The stadium is called Bravida Arena (until 2015: Rambergsvallen ). The attendance record was reached on April 10, 2000 with 8,379 spectators against IFK Göteborg, the game ended 3-1 for IFK Göteborg.

To date (2017) BK Häcken has played 17 seasons in the Allsvenskan (1983, 1993-1994, 1998, 2000-2001, 2005-2006 and since 2009).
