Bayrampaşa is the only municipality and capital of the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Istanbul and a district on the European side of the city ​​of Istanbul . Bayrampaşa has 274,735 inhabitants (as of 2019).

Bayrampaşa is located west of the geographic center of the city ​​of Istanbul . In the south it borders on the municipality of Zeytinburnu , in the east on Eyüpsultan and Gaziosmanpaşa , and in the west on Esenler .

• Jurassic Land , a museum about dinosaurs in Kocatepe parish. It is one of the largest dinosaur theme parks in the world.

Sports

• Hidayet-Türkoğlu-Spor-Kompleksi ( German  Hidayet-Türkoğlu-Sportzentrum ) is a sports hall with a capacity for 1,306 spectators, furthermore it contains a competition swimming pool for 280 spectators.
