Beiyinyangying culture
The so-called Beiyinyangying culture ( Chinese 北 阴阳 营 文化 , Pinyin Beiyinyangying wenhua , English Beiyinyangying Culture ) was named after the place where Beiyinyangying was found on the lower reaches of the Yangtze River in the Gulou (鼓楼 区) district of Nanjing , Jiangsu Province , People's Republic of China . It is a Neolithic culture that dates from approximately 4000 to 3000 BC. Is dated. It was excavated in 1955-1958. The culture was also spread across the Ning Zhen area (i.e., Nanjing Zhenjiang area, Jiangsu Province) and southeastern Anhui Province .
At the Beiyinyangying-site were shang time relics discovered.
