Bertem is a Belgian municipality in the province of Flemish Brabant . It consists of the villages Bertem , Korbeek-Dijle and Leefdaal .

Description: In the coat of arms quartered with gold and blue, a red St. Andrew's cross in the first field and a red five-leaf with blue slugs in the fourth field opposite. The second field shows a golden rafter accompanied by three golden pears and placed opposite three shells (2.1) in the third field.

Attractions

The Romanesque church of Sint-Pieters-Banden in Bertem was built between 950 and 1050 .
