Pepingen is a Belgian municipality in the Flanders region with 4479 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2019). It consists of the districts of Pepingen , Beert , Bellingen , Bogaarden , Elingen and Heikruis .

Halle (Belgium) is five km southeast, Brussels about 17 km northeast and Geraardsbergen 20 km west.

The next motorway exits are near Halle on the A 8 or the A 7 / E 19 .

The nearest regional train stations are in Halle and Enghien , and national express trains also stop in Brussels.

Brussels National Airport, near the capital and 28 km northeast of the municipality, is an international airport.
