Bianca Rech (born January 25, 1981 in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler ) is a former German soccer player who works in the position of sporting director in the management of FC Bayern Frauen .

At the age of five he was taken to the sports field by his parents, Rech came into contact with football and began playing football in 1986 in her home club at SC 07 Bad Neuenahr (together with "Jungs"). From the age of eight to thirteen she played in the game community Westum / Löhndorf before returning to her home club in 1994. After four seasons for Bayern , she returned to SC 07 Bad Neuenahr for the 2010/11 season . There she was adopted on Whit Monday, May 28, 2012. In July 2012 she joined the women's team of 1. FC Cologne , for which she played 90 minutes in a 3-0 home game against SC 07 Bad Neuenahr on September 15, 2013 (2nd matchday) .

In her first Bundesliga season in 1997, Rech was also a national player. She played for the U-16 national team , with which she took part in the Nordic Cup in Sweden and in the game for third place was defeated by the hosts with 9:10 on penalties.
