Bobbie Singer (actually Tina Schosser ; born February 22, 1981 in Linz , Upper Austria ) is an Austrian singer , music producer and songwriter .

Career

Tina Schosser grew up in Buchkirchen, Upper Austria . She learned guitar and piano with the support of her musical family. She wrote her first song at the age of 15 and met a manager during a private gig who, at the age of 16, gave her her first record deal in 1996. She recorded the single Egoistic , which, however, could not place itself very high in the charts. In 1999 she was selected by the ORF in a multi-stage, non-public jury process to represent her home country at the Eurovision Song Contest in Jerusalem . With the song Reflection , written by Dave Moskin , she reached tenth place with 65 points and secured Austria participation for the following year. From a commercial point of view, the entry was a moderate success. The work for the second album failed due to musical differences with the record company, as Schosser wanted to record his own and not pop songs. The contract was then terminated by mutual agreement. After that, she increasingly oriented herself towards production and founded her own recording studio.

The end of 1999 she sang Before I Die , the theme song of the horror - thriller Seven Days to Live , but not made the leap back to the charts. Tina Schosser retired from stage life around 2005 and is now working as an advertising and music producer as well as a studio singer and speaker. For the radio station Ö3 she became a regular station Voice .

Their daughter was born in early 2015.
