The 21st Bretagne Classic - Ouest-France 2016 was a French road bike race . The one-day race took place on Sunday , August 28, 2016 . This bike race started and ended in Plouay in Brittany with a length of 247 km . It was also part of the UCI WorldTour 2016 and was the 22nd of a total of 28 races in this series.

The winner of the two-man sprint was Oliver Naesen (IAM) ahead of Alberto Bettiol (CDT). The first two had pulled away 50 kilometers from the finish together with Guillaume Martin (WGG) and Alexis Gougeard (ALM).
