Career
Flynn began his career in the 2007-08 season with the New Hampshire Jr. Monarchs in the American Junior League Eastern Junior Hockey League . Between 2008 and 2012 he was on the ice for the university team of the University of Maine in Hockey East , which is integrated into the game operations of the NCAA college league .
In March 2012, the attacker was from the Buffalo Sabers of the National Hockey League contracted and first in the American Hockey League with the Rochester Americans , the farm team of the Sabers used. After good offensive performance there, the right-handed shooter was allowed to play for the first time in the NHL for the Sabers in the 2012/13 season and has since established himself as a regular in the squad. In the summer of 2013, his contract in Buffalo was extended for another two years.
In March 2015, the Sabers gave him to the Canadiens de Montréal and received a five-round vote for the 2016 NHL Entry Draft . Flynn played in Montréal for two years until his expiring contract was not renewed after the 2016/17 season. As a result, he joined the Dallas Stars as a free agent in July 2017 , for whom he was not used in the NHL in the 2017/18 season and then switched to the St. Louis Blues in the same way in July 2018 . This put him in the AHL in San Antonio until January 2019 , before his contract in St. Louis was terminated at his own request. He then ended the 2018/19 season at EV Zug in the Swiss National League and scored 15 scorer points in 26 matches. He then moved to HC Ambrì-Piotta within the league .
