Britt Synnøve Johansen

Britt Synnøve Johansen (* 1970 in Haugesund ) is a Norwegian singer .

As the winner of the Melodi Grand Prix 1989 she competed for Norway at the Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 1989 in Lausanne. With the pop ballad Venners nærhet she landed in 17th place. After the competition she was mainly active as a musical performer and could be seen in Schrooge or Les Misérables . In 2001 she sang pieces by Édith Piaf in Norwegian and was thus seen in a stage program.
