Christine Guldbrandsen (born March 19, 1985 in Bergen ) is a Norwegian singer .

Life

In 2003 she released her first album ( Surfing In The Air ) and was awarded the Karoline Prisen for it. Two more albums followed in 2004 and 2007 ( Moments and Christine ). At the Norwegian preliminary round of the Melodi Grand Prix 2006 she prevailed with a narrow majority. She then became known through her appearance at the Eurovision Song Contest 2006 . With her song Alvedansen she finished 14th, tied with Texas Lightning .
