The house Brucknerallee 186 is in the district Grenzlandstadion in Mönchengladbach ( Nordrhein-Westfalen ).

The building was built in 1899/1900. It was entered under No. B 110 on March 2, 1989 in the monuments list of the city of Mönchengladbach .

This bourgeois dwelling house is to be regarded as the right, final part of a closed and extraordinarily well-preserved group (No. 176–196) of historic townhouses. This group is the core of before the turn of the century as a boulevard scale and, as further connecting axis between Rheydt and Monchengladbach Avenue .

In the building from the year 1899/1900 is a eaves continuous , two-story and two-story house with developed attic .

The protection is of public interest, not only for reasons of the history of the town and architecture, but above all because of the completely original condition, which gives a comprehensive impression of the furnishings in historic houses.
