Brundorf (formerly also called Brunzendorf ) is a district of the large district town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in the Ansbach district in Middle Franconia .
geography
The hamlet is surrounded by farmland all around. A community road leads to state road 1022 (0.8 km southeast) or to a community road (0.4 km north) that runs to Leuzenbronn (0.7 km west) and Lukasrödermühle (2.5 km east).
history
In 1799 there were three households in the village, all of which had the imperial city of Rothenburg as their landlord .
With the community edict (early 19th century) Brundorf was assigned to the tax district and the rural community of Leuzenbronn . In the course of the regional reform , Brundorf was incorporated into Rothenburg on July 1, 1972.
