Reusch is a district of the large district town of Rothenburg ob der Tauber in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .

geography

About one kilometer northeast of the hamlet is the Bossendorfer Höhe ( 467  m above sea level ), about 1 km southeast of the hamlet is the Schandtauberhöhle , which is also a nature reserve .

Municipal roads lead to Bossendorf to Landesstraße 1022 (1 km north), to the L 1005 near Leuzendorf (1.2 km to the west) and to Bettenfeld to the district road AN 6 (1.4 km to the east).

history

With the community edict (early 19th century) Reusch was assigned to the tax district Leuzenbronn and the rural community Bettenfeld . In the course of the regional reform , Reusch was incorporated into Rothenburg on May 1, 1978.
