The COSAFA Women's Championship (more rarely also COSAFA Women's Cup ; German  Women's Football Championship of Southern Africa ) is a football tournament organized by the Football Association of Southern Africa, COSAFA . It was launched in 2002 as a counterpart to the COSAFA Cup (men).

The U20 women’s competition was held for the first time in 2019.
