action
The Fox Cap and the Hound Capper visit a fair to see the attractions . They come at a time when the famous dog stray choir , conducted by Cash, is losing its best singer. The star of the choir Dixie leaves the choir indignantly after an argument with Cash. Cash asks Capper to take Dixie's seat. But Capper doesn't want to go on stage without a cap . That's why Cash lets the untalented Cap sing along on a trial basis. Once on stage, Capper quickly forgets his resolutions and only thinks about singing. Cap, on the other hand, is relegated to the dishwasher and angrily leaves the choir. Dixie is saddened that she was replaced so quickly. Then she learns from the angry Cap that Capper isn't a stray at all. And that is a condition for the choir. The two stage a plot. They bring Capper's master to a performance. Capper is then thrown out of the choir. The talent scout who attended the fair has disappeared in all the hustle and bustle. Now it's up to Capper to find him again. Capper succeeds, and the two friends Cap and Capper get together again.
