Chalette-sur-Voire is a French commune with 133 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Aube department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Champagne-Ardenne ); it belongs to the arrondissement of Bar-sur-Aube and the canton of Brienne-le-Château (until 2015: canton of Chavanges ). The inhabitants are called Chalettois .

geography

Chalette-sur-Voire is located in the Champagne sèche region , around 30 kilometers northeast of Troyes . Here the Voire flows into the Aube . Chalette-sur-Voire is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Aulnay in the north, Braux in the north and northeast, Bétignicourt in the east, Lesmont in the south, Molins-sur-Aube in the west and south-west and Magnicourt in the west.
