The Chrysler Series CO was a car of the middle class , the Chrysler in Detroit produced in model year 1933rd It replaced the CI series and was the cheapest Chrysler model series, which, however, sold best.

The car had the side-controlled 6-cylinder in-line engine of its predecessor with a displacement of 3670 cm³, which, however, delivered 83 bhp (61 kW). The rear wheels were driven via a single-disc dry clutch and a three-speed gearbox with center shift. Nine different bodies were offered, which essentially corresponded to those of the previous model. The semi-automatic transmission with pneumatically operated clutch - still an option on the predecessor - was now part of the standard equipment.

The CO series produced 17,814 copies. In the 1934 model year, the revised CA / CB series replaced the CO series.
