The Chrysler Series CM was a car of the middle class , the Chrysler in Detroit produced in model years 1931 and 1932nd It replaced the 66 series and represented the middle Chrysler model series.

The car had a side-controlled 6-cylinder in-line engine with a displacement of 3,569 cm³, which delivered 78 bhp (57 kW). The rear wheels were driven via a single-disc dry clutch and a three-speed gearbox with center shift. All four wheels were hydraulically braked as standard. Seven different bodies were offered, which essentially corresponded to those of the previous model. The cars had a new V-shaped grille and a low frame that made them look very sleek.

This model series was continued with small changes in 1932. A total of 38,817 copies were made. In the 1932 model year, the revised CI series replaced the CM series.
