The Danish Darts Open 2019 was the second edition of the ranking tournament so far and was organized by the Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) from June 14th to 16th, 2019 . It was the eighth event of the European Darts Tour 2019 , which will be carried out as part of the Pro Tour 2019 . The venue was once again the Bröndby Hallen in Copenhagen .

The tournament was won by the Englishman Dave Chisnall , who defeated his compatriot Chris Dobey in the final with 8: 3 legs .

format

The tournament was played in a knockout system . Game mode was best of 11 legs in the first rounds , best of 13 legs in the semi-finals and best of 15 legs in the final . Each leg was played in double-out mode.

Prize money

The tournament totaled £ 140,000 in prize money. The prize money was distributed among the participants as follows:
