Dragon Ball Z - The Movie: The Mightiest on Earth is the second of 15 films for the anime series Dragon Ball Z , which is based on the manga series Dragon Ball by the mangaka Akira Toriyama . It was released on DVD in Germany in 2002 . Carlsen Comics brought out the accompanying anime comics back in 2001 (issues 13-16).

Gohan and Oolong use the Dragon Ball Radar to search for the seven Dragon Balls . Their way leads them into an ice mountain, which is said that even the sun cannot melt the ice. Both find out that someone else is looking for the Dragon Balls at the same time and eventually finds them all. Oolong, who has observed this, informs Son-Goku of the events and Son-Goku sets off on his cloud Jindujun into the ice mountains to free Bulma and the lord of the turtles.

Bulma and Muten-Roshi learn that the brain of Dr. Willow thanks to Dr. Kochin survived in a special cyborg.
