Dylan Baker (born October 7, 1959 in Syracuse , New York ) is an American actor . He is best known for his numerous appearances in independent film , but is also regularly seen in mainstream films such as Spider-Man 2 . In Spider-Man he plays Dr. Curt Conners .

Life

Dylan Baker was born in Syracuse , New York, the son of two lawyers . He attended William and Mary College in Williamsburn , Virginia , and received a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from Southern Methodist University , which was also where his passion for acting was sparked. He later attended the Yale School of Drama .

When he made his television debut in In the Net of Violence in 1986 , he received consistently positive reviews, which enabled him to switch to the cinema. He was, for example, next to Sandra Bullock in Love Potion No. 9 to see.

After minor roles in Woody Allen's Celebrity , for example , he made his breakthrough with his highly acclaimed performance in Happiness (1998) by Todd Solondz .
