The Ebracher Forest is an 11.67 km² community-free area in the Bamberg district in Bavaria .

The forest area in the Steigerwald in the west of the Bamberg district is largely uninhabited. The protected area Der Hohe Buchene Wald in the Ebracher Forst , which existed from 2010 to 2015, comprised a substantial part of the area .
