Ecorodovias Infraestrutura e Logistic (EcoRodovias) is a Brazilian infrastructure company based in São Paulo . The company's activities are divided into three business areas: motorway concessions, logistics and ports. The Concessions division focuses on the management of toll roads with connections to the ports of Santos, Paranagua and Rio Grande. The company currently has ten motorway concessions with a total length of 2649 km in eight Brazilian states. EcoRodovias is the second largest operator of toll roads in Brazil. The company has been listed on the Brazilian stock exchange since 2010 under the symbol ECOR3 on the new B3 market with a free float of 31%. The main shareholders are the companies CR Almeida and the Gavio Group.
