Companhia Energética de Minas Gerais SA ( CEMIG ) is an energy company from Brazil with headquarters in Belo Horizonte in the state of Minas Gerais .

CEMIG is a holding company consisting of 107 companies, the largest combined energy producer and utility in Brazil. The company owns around 50 power plants; most of them are hydroelectric plants. CEMIG also sells natural gas through Gasmig and also owns a cable television, internet and telecommunications company called Cemig Telecom that uses the company's own cable networks.

CEMIG is half owned by the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais.
