Erlenwald Röte-Strüt is a nature reserve in the Freudenberg district of Ebenheid in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg .

history

By regulation of the regional council of Stuttgart on the nature reserve Erlenwald Röte-Strüt of December 1, 1986, a reserve of 7.6 hectares was designated.

Protection purpose

"The purpose of protection is the preservation of a supra-regionally important alder-ash forest with partial quarry forest character at high altitude and its rare fauna and flora" ( LUBW ).

Flora and fauna

It is a supra-regionally significant alder-ash forest, partly with a quarry forest character with rare flora and fauna.
