Langenfeld is a nature reserve in Königheim in the Main-Tauber district in Baden-Württemberg .

history

By regulation of the regional council of Stuttgart on the nature reserve Langenfeld of April 21, 1978 a protected area with 36.2 hectares was designated.

Protection purpose

"The main protection purpose is the preservation of the characteristics of the typical dry slopes as a particularly valuable habitat of species-rich, warmth and drought-loving flora and fauna on the sunny slope with the adjacent plateau" ( LUBW ).
