Reviews
Scott Heisel of the American Alternative Press wrote that the group with Feel made their breakthrough successful, even if their music moves between pop and screamo . The songs Low and Here We Go have already been compared with Saosin during his major times. The collaboration with the rapper MGK sounds quite bizarre on the slip, but the song is proving to be a potential crossover hit. The musical collaboration with Shayley Bourget was also highlighted positively, while the song Congratulations with Matty Mullins as a guest musician was labeled too simple. According to the reviewer, the positive features of the album outweigh the bad features.
Gregory Heaney from Allmusic was of the opinion that the group with their singer Kellin Quinn had a musical weapon in their ranks with whose singing they could build a bridge between pop melodies and aggressive metalcore . The album also represents a ray of hope in today's post-hardcore scene, which has become very homogeneous in recent years .
