Maximilian Fritz from laut.de rated Flizzy with two out of a possible five points. Above all, he criticizes the lack of variety of topics and the weak texts, which are "two steps below the already limited trap status quo", "which inevitably limits the entertainment value". Only the songs with guest contributions would bring more variety and work better. The production is described as "befitting" good.

On rappers.in , Yannik Gölz Flizzy gave three out of a possible six points. Although the album is sonically "catchy and powerful [...] and the production is as usual top-class", Fler is subject to thematically "finally to the missing ideas" and ends "in yawning boredom" because many songs are very similar. Only the guest contributions by Azad and Prince Pi are praised. Overall, the “hunger and energy” of the previous album Vibe was missing .

The editor Lukas Päckert of MZEE criticized the fact that “in addition to strong hooks and beats, there is an extremely bland aftertaste and a few lines to make others feel ashamed .” In his opinion, the artist would have “perhaps not done himself the greatest favor with his return,” as the previous album Vibe is "on the other hand the far better overall package."
