  • Catholic parish church Bierbaum am Kleebühel hl. Laurentius
  • Catholic parish church Königsbrunn am Wagram: The church was built in the middle of the village on a hill of the Wagram. In the current place of the church there was previously a Gothic chapel. The church was built over the well that gave the place its name. The originally baroque hall was built in 1755/1757 by the builder Josef Koch from Krems , then extended in 1898 and expanded in 1936 to a cross-shaped complex with a round apse and tower. At the time of construction, the church was a branch of Kirchberg am Wagram and was elevated to a parish church in 1783. The church is dedicated to St. John the Baptist consecrated. The south facade is designed in a late historical style with staggered pilasters and arched windows. The tower has narrow arched windows and a pyramid helmet. Shortly after the Second World War (1947) E. Peter painted the church with biblical scenes: Annunciation, St. Joseph in his workshop, flight from Egypt, Last Supper, fishing for Peter, healing of the blind. In 1983 the church was extensively restored.
  • The WagramFenster is an open-air stage which was built directly on the edge of the Wagram. The building was specially designed for this particular location and its shape thematizes the view of the vast landscape below. From a distance, the white structure of the building stands out clearly against the blue sky and in this way shows the way to the venue. However, the building does not only see itself as a stage, but also or actually primarily as an accessible sculpture . Since the stage is not constantly used as such, the building should "function" independently of this use. It thus serves as a landmark for the wine-growing town of Königsbrunn am Wagram that can be seen from afar . The building was designed by Martin and Werner Feiersinger (and, through their active participation in the construction process, also built it).

economy

In 2001 there were 32 non-agricultural workplaces, agricultural and forestry holdings according to the 1999 survey 76. The number of people in work at home was 626 according to the 2001 census. In 2001, the activity rate was 50.31 percent.
