The Football Association League Hamburg 1992/93 was the 48th season of the top amateur class of the Hamburg Football Association . The Association League Hamburg was a league level below the Oberliga Nord . It was held in a relay.

Compared to the previous season , no team from the Oberliga Nord came into the association league, only the five promoted Harburger TB 1865 (re- promotion after eight years), Barsbütteler SV (re- promotion after three years), SV Halstenbek-Rellingen (for the first time in the highest Hamburg amateur class) , Vorwärts / Wacker 04 Billstedt (rise again after 42 years) and Glashütter SV (rise again after three years).

The winner was SC Concordia Hamburg . Together with the runner-up, the amateur team of FC St. Pauli , he took part in the promotion round to the Oberliga Nord . There they both took the last place in their group and missed the ascent.

At the end of the season, the teams had to relegate to the last three places. Vorwärts / Wacker 04 Billstedt and Glashütte SV had to leave the association league after one season, Buxtehuder SV after three seasons.
