The Hamburg State Football League 1975/76 was the 31st season of the top amateur class of the Hamburg Football Association . The Landesliga Hamburg was a league level below the Oberliga Nord . It was held in a relay.

Compared to the previous season , SC Poppenbüttel came back to the regional league after one season from the Oberliga Nord, as did the two promoted SV Lurup (first in the regional league) and VfL Stade (return after eleven years).

ASV Bergedorf 85 was the winner . Together with the runner-up Altona 93 , he took part in the promotion round to the Oberliga Nord . There they both missed the climb.

At the end of the season, the teams had to relegate to the last two places. The Wandsbeker FC had the league after two seasons leave the amateur team of FC St. Pauli after seven years.
