Geispolsheim town hall

Geispolsheim is a French town with 7540 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the agglomeration around Strasbourg in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Alsace ).

The community consists of two larger parts, Geispolsheim- Village and Geispolsheim- Gare . The last-named district is named after the train station located here on the Strasbourg – Colmar – Mulhouse route , which is served by the trains of the TER Alsace regional transport company . In the northwest there is a connection (8) to the French motorway A 35 ( L'Alsacienne ).
