Gregg Henry
Gregg Lee Henry (born May 6, 1952 in Lakewood , Colorado , USA ) is an American actor and singer .
life and work
Henry began his career in 1976 with an appearance on the television series Reich & Arm II and has since made over 75 appearances on series such as Firefly , Gilmore Girls , 24 , Matlock , LA Law and CSI .
He often played shady characters in films like Payback or Brian De Palmas Death Comes Twice . He also worked with De Palma in the films Scarface , My Brother Kain , Femme Fatale and The Black Dahlia .
He has received thirteen Drama Logue Awards , an LA Weekly Award, and an award and two nominations from the Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle for his acting performance on the stage . In 2012 he voiced the protagonist's father as a voice actor in the action horror game Lollipop Chainsaw .
He is married to theater director Lisa James and lives in Los Angeles , California .
