Grong is a municipality in Norway and belongs to Fylke Trøndelag . Neighboring municipalities are Høylandet , Lierne , Namsskogan and Snåsa . Grong is in the inner Namdalen , where the Namsen meets the tributary Sanddøla, and is the center of the region.
