Guardialfiera is an Italian commune in the province of Campobasso in the Molise region with 980 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019).

The history of the city goes back to the 10th century. Guardialfiera became the seat of a bishop in the 11th century, which it remained until 1818. The titular Guardialfiera of the Roman Catholic Church goes back to the diocese .
