Cercepiccola is a municipality ( comune ) in the Italian province of Campobasso in Molise and has 623 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019). The community is about eleven kilometers south of Campobasso . The Tammaro flows in the southwest of the municipality .

The municipality is the birthplace of the archbishop and diplomat Armando Lombardi .
