Duronia is a municipality ( comune ) in the Italian region of Molise and the province of Campobasso . The municipality is located in the Apennines about 20 kilometers west-northwest of Campobasso , has 393 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019) and borders directly on the province of Isernia . The Trigno flows in the extreme northwest of the municipality .
