Casalciprano is a municipality ( comune ) in the Italian region of Molise and the province of Campobasso . The municipality is located in the Apennines about twelve kilometers west-northwest of Campobasso and has 509 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2019), belongs to the Unione Comuni Alto Biferno and borders directly on the province of Isernia . The Biferno runs on the eastern edge of the municipality.
