Hiking trails

Ailingen panorama trail

The approximately ten kilometer long panorama path runs from the Ailingen town hall via Unterlottenweiler, to Horach, the highest point in Friedrichshafen, past the Höhlerösch and over the Haldenberg back to the town hall. At ten stations, information boards explain natural and historical aspects of the landscape around Ailingen to hikers.

Jubiläumsweg Bodenseekreis

The third stage ( Meckenbeuren - Markdorf ) of the Jubiläumsweg Bodenseekreis , a 111-kilometer hiking trail that was signposted in 1998 to mark the 25th anniversary of the Bodenseekreis, runs through the landscape protection area . Haldenberg Chapel

The Haldenberg Chapel was built on the Haldenberg in 1921 as a war memorial chapel for those who fell in the First World War .
