Hummelhof (colloquially: Humlhof ) is a district of the Marktes Flachslanden in the district of Ansbach in Middle Franconia .
geography
The wasteland lies on the Franconian Rezat . In the northwest the high wood borders. The Heßberg ( 489 m above sea level ) is located about one and a half kilometers southeast in the Birkenfels Forest . The national road 2253 leads to the B 13 at Grafe book (1.3 km south west) or to the flat landing (2 km north).
history
The place was first mentioned by name in the 17th century as "Hummelhov". The defining word is bumblebee, which is probably the colloquial term for a breeding bull.
Towards the end of the 18th century, the Hummelhof belonged to cellars . The property was owned by the Brandenburg-Ansbach Vogtamt Birkenfels as the landlord . Under the Prussian administration (1792-1806) of the Principality of Ansbach, the Hummelhof was given house number 4 in the village of Kellern. Hummelhof with courtyard to the cellar (= Kesselhof ) had two subject families. From 1797 to 1808 the place was under the judiciary and chamber office of Ansbach .
As part of the municipal edict, the Hummelhof was assigned to the Flachslanden tax district formed in 1808 . This also belonged to the rural community Flachslanden founded in 1811 .
