IC 1904 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBab in the constellation Fornax in the southern sky . It is estimated to be 203 million light years from the Milky Way and about 85,000 ly in diameter.

The property was discovered by DeLisle Stewart in 1899 .
