IC 327 is a spiral galaxy of Hubble type Sc in the constellation Eridanus at the southern sky . It is an estimated 414 million light years from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years in diameter .
The galaxies NGC 1354 , IC 326 , IC 328 are located in the same area of the sky .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on December 12, 1892 .
