IC 320 is a bar-spiral galaxy of the Hubble type SBab in the constellation Perseus in the northern sky . It is estimated to be 317 million light years from the Milky Way and about 110,000 light years in diameter . The galaxy is a member of the Perseus galaxy cluster Abell 426 .
The object was discovered by Lewis Swift on September 14, 1888 .
