IC 754 is a cD galaxy of Hubble type E2 in the constellation Virgo to the ecliptic . It is an estimated 265 million light years from the Milky Way and about 85,000 light years in diameter.
In the same area of the sky is u. a. the galaxy NGC 4006 .
The object was discovered by Stéphane Javelle on March 22, 1893 .
