IC 767 is a dwarf galaxy in the constellation Virgo on the ecliptic . It is an estimated 82 million light years away from the Milky Way and has a diameter of about 15,000 ly. It is listed as a member of the Virgo galaxy cluster under catalog number VCC 32 .
