The 8th international tennis tournament in Zinnowitz took place from June 24th to July 1st, 1962 in the Baltic resort of Zinnowitz .

The triple winner was Eva Johannes , who was successful in women's doubles with Änne Lindner and in mixed with Horst Stahlberg . Stahlberg also won the singles, with which he was able to repeat his success from 1957, against Peter Fährmann , who, as in the previous year, also reached the final in the men's doubles alongside Werner Rautenberg , which was won by defending champion Pavel Korda and the Hungarian Ferenc Komáromi . Rautenberg was also in the mixed final with Hella Vahley .
